Hello and welcome to my little site, I'm JoJo, also known as G'ma Pookey (I'm on the left). My training came from my daughter, Kayti (that's her, on the right), a Licensed Midwife in San Diego with her own practice. I learned the art of placenta encapsulation 11 years ago when she got too busy and needed support to help the Moms in her care. It was an honor to learn the art, obtain the proper credentials and begin the process. Since that time, I have been blessed to provide over 100 encapsulations to Moms in both San Diego County and Maricopa County. Placenta encapsulation is an awesome, bioidentical, often forgotten, nutrient-rich, restorative gift back to yourself from the hard work of growing a baby!
